Delivery & Returns Policy

  • Delivery services are available in Trinidad & Tobago at a fee.
  • Delivery costs are not included in unit prices quoted on the channel.
  • Not all products or areas are eligible for delivery; if your order is not eligible for delivery 
    PCU Plus Limited shall notify you as soon as possible. You must collect your order at 
    our store locations within seven (7) working days from date of process confirmation.
  • PCU Plus Limited is unable to provide specific times for delivery. Delivery dates are 
    given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control including acts of 
    God, strikes, legislative orders and delays.
  • Delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends or other busy periods.
  • PCU Plus Limited is committed to ensuring your shopping experience is simple and 
    hassle-free. Items may be returned within seven (7) working days of purchase. A full 
    refund or exchange is subject to the following:

    Returned items:
    • Must be accompanied by the original receipt/ticket, and
    • In the original packaging with all applicable accessories and components, 
      unused.
    • Consumables and open media products are non-returnable.
    • Items used, damaged or altered by you cannot be returned and will not be 
      accepted.
  • PCU Plus Limited reserves the right to inspect the product to validate return. This policy 
    gives you specific rights which may be complemented by local law.
  • Refunds from PCU Plus Limited will be issued on the original method of payment 
    ONLY.
  • PCU Plus Limited will process a full refund for items deemed defective or non-
    operational, upon initial use, within seven (7) workdays of purchase.
