Warranty Contract

Product Warranty

The warranty agreement is made between the customer and PCU Plus Limited. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, PCU Plus Limited may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace an eligible product where required.

Products are intended for domestic and personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Tampering with, modifying or attempting unauthorized repairs on a product may void its warranty.
Warranty coverage takes effect from the date shown on the customer’s invoice or sales receipt.

Warranty Coverage Periods

Three-Year Compressor Warranty

Covers the cost of replacing the compressor only for refrigerators and freezers.

Twenty-Four (24) Months

Samsung televisions.

Twelve (12) Months

Refrigerators, freezers, televisions other than Samsung, air conditioners, gas cookers, electric cookers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, electronics excluding portable electronics, and brush cutters.

Six (6) Months

Microwaves, vacuum cleaners, living-room furniture, dining-room furniture, bedroom furniture, commercial-freezer compressors and pedestal fans.

Three (3) Months

Small appliances, water coolers, portable electronics, outdoor furniture, occasional furniture and watches.
