• “Products” refers to the items offered for sale. 
• “You” refers to the individual accessing or using the services of PCU Plus.

These Terms and Conditions of sale governs the entire agreement between ‘You’ and PCU 
Plus. By accessing the services of PCU Plus, you agree to be bound by these terms and 
conditions of sale. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions of sale, then 
you may not access the service.

Agreement to the terms and conditions of sale must be agreed to before you place an order 
from www.shopcuplus.com. Confirmation of any order by you will be considered as 
acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

• PCU Plus cannot and does not guarantee that information entered on its Channel is free
  from typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or errors that may relate to product 
  descriptions, pricing, and availability. PCU Plus Limited reserves the right to correct any 
  errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time 
  without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Errors, Availability and Cancellations

• PCU Plus Limited (a) reserves the right to change the goods and services advertised or
  offered for sale through the Channel, the prices or specifications of such goods and 
  services, and any promotional offers and any other Channel Materials at any time and 
  from time to time without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) cannot 
  guarantee that goods or services advertised or offered for sale on the Channel will be 
  available when ordered or thereafter; (c) reserves the right to limit quantities sold or 
  made available for sale; (d) does not warrant that the Channel Materials (including 
  without limitation product descriptions or photographs) are accurate, complete, reliable, 
  current or error-free; and (e) reserves the right to cancel, to terminate or not to process 
  orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information on the 
  Channel is inaccurate. If we do not process an order for such reason, we will advise you
  of the cancellation and will either not charge you or apply a credit/refund to the payment
  type used in the order. 
• Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the “Place Order” button 
  represents only an offer of contract. The contract is not binding until PCU Plus Limited 
  has accepted it.
